Effective Governance Indicators
ITM has an Anti-ragging Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee, and ICC (Internal Complaints Committee). These policies are shared with students and employees of ITM.
Posters are put up with contact numbers and email ids for aggrieved persons to contact and raise a complaint. These policies are also uploaded in the HRIS and students’ portal for better understanding and redressal for any grievance.
Grievance redressal mechanism
a. Grievance Redressal:
The Grievances broadly include the following complaints of the aggrieved students:- Academic grievance
- Administrative grievance
- Unfair Treatment
- Harassment and Discrimination
After considering the facts and reality as per the witness and valid documents / CCTV footage/statements/audio & video recordings, the decision is taken by the Grievances Committee, which will be final and has to be abided by the student. All grievances are redressed in a systematic way by involving the respective department/person directly connected to the specific issue.
