INSTITUTE FOR TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT (ITM) Group of Institutions has registered spectacular growth over a period of 28 years. Setting up ITM Mumbai in 1991 was one of first private initiatives to enter into the field of management education. The singular objective of Dr. P. V. Ramana, the founder of ITM, behind setting ITM was to prove the idea that a fully private, unaided business school could survive and thrive in the exclusive world of management education in India. Driven by his global vision, he founded ITM in academic association with the Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) USA and the curriculum, academic standards and pedagogy of SNHU formed the basis of ITM’s PGDM program. It was a pleasant co-incidence that the onset of economic reforms and launching of ITM almost took place simultaneously. With its modest inception from rented premises in K. J. Somaiya Institute, Mumbai and operating subsequently from various other rented premises, ITM finally shifted to its own premise at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai in 2001.
ITM Group of Institutions has grown from one Business School in Navi Mumbai to many campuses till date including ITM Bengaluru, ITM Chennai, ITM Warangal and ITM Dombivili. Over the years, ITM Group of Institutions has earned recognition from the industry, academia and students across the globe thereby entailing the programs with its own unique proposition.
We are a professional educational organization in India with a legacy of 28 years. Our admissions are through the IIM Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier’s Admission Test (XAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), State Common Entrance Test (CET), and GMAT.
ITM has joined AACSB International as a member in 2005. Eduniversal International Scientific Committee, a France based international ranking agency has awarded 3 PALMES OF EXCELLENCE, EXCELLENT BUSINESS SCHOOL WITH REINFORCING INTERNATIONAL INFLUENCE to ITM in 2019.
