The awards are based on B-School surveys conducted for the top Business Schools. ITM Business School was selected based on a surveys undertaken and published as Times B School Survey 2018 on February 23. ITM ranked Overall 15th among Top 100 Business Schools in India, 8th among Top 75 Private Business Schools in India, 5th in Maharashtra, 2nd in Mumbai.
The main parameters of the Times B School Survey 2018 were, Infrastructure, Pedagogy (teaching tools/instruments), Faculty, Intellectual Capital (Book, Research Paper Presented and Published), Industry Interface, Placements, Potential to Network, Exchange Programs and Global Exposure, Best Practices. ITM has excelled as a B School that is innovative in their approach and aim to provide excellent academic quality. The industry academia interface is commendable with top notch companies that support the academic progression through contribution as academic advisors, providing expert sessions, collaborative research, management development programs and many others. Several companies visit ITM campus for selecting their bright Post Graduate Management students and are very popular with the industry.
The award bestowed on ITM Business School by Times, is a great motivation and inspiration for the Management, Faculty and Students to pursue excellence always.

11th Higher Education & HR Conclave had organised by Elets Technomedia on 4th May 2019 in Pune, Maharashtra. During the end of the program felicitation ceremony was there where, University/B-school/Engineering institutes were felicitated for their contribution and exemplary work in the field of higher education on the basis of the ranking surveys 2018-19. ITM got the award of Excellence. This was received by our director, Dr. Lakshmi Mohan.

Dr. Lakshmi Mohan receives NFED Award
Dr. Lakshmi Mohan, Director and Campus Head of ITM Business School Kharghar, received the 'Outstanding Woman Professional' award on International Women's Day - March 8, 2018, from the National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED). This award was conferred upon her in recognition of the many important and pioneering contributions made by her in industry and academia. Headquartered at Chennai with several chapters across the nation, NFED actively supports and promotes activities that develop entrepreneurship in India.

Fine Arts Society bestowed FAS Stree Ratna Award 2017 to Dr Lakshmi Mohan, Dy Director & Campus Head on 11th March 2017 in recognition of her illustrious contribution and achievement in the field of Education.
Dr Lakshmi Mohan receives the Stree Ratna Award for contribution in education from Padmabhushan Rajashree Birla.
The awardees alongwith Dr Lakshmi Mohan who were felicitated with Stree Ratna by FAS were Padmashri Sonal Mansingh, Padmashri Aruna Sairam, Padmabhushan Dr Kanak ,Asia's first Neuro Surgeon and DG Ministry of Shipping Malini Shankar.
North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong awarded a Certificate to Dr Lakshmi Mohan on 7th September 2016 In appreciation of her efforts for the seminar "Decision to Face a Competition".
There is an award constituted in the name of Ms Malini, our Psychologist for Human Development for Navy cadets. UNITED SOLDIERS have instituted "Malini Shah Award for Best Performer in Fortex V". This is in recognition with her significant contribution towards human development. This award is being handed over in each of the 100 Gallops Foundation Course.
ITM was awarded as Volunteer support partner by Oxfam India on 8th April 2017 at Banquet hall, Rangsharda Hotel, Bandra, Mumbai. Oxfam Trailwalker is organised every year by Oxfam India. A team of four is formed to walk 100kms in 48 hours from MDC, Gadurmaachi to Cloud 9 Hill Resort, Lonavla. It is mandatory for each team to raise funds, which is used by Oxfam to make a difference in someone’s life by reducing inequality.
A lot of big corporates take part in this event and so volunteers are required at several check points, from the start to the end of trailwalker. ITM-CSI sends students every year as volunteers, this year ITM sent 56 students as volunteers from 9 th to 11 th December 2016. Oxfam India awarded ITM for being Volunteers support partner. We also had actor Rahul Bose appreciating our student volunteers for the work they were doing during the trailwalker.
Meena Barot has been featured in TedTalks. Meena is an endurance tri-athlete. She has run over 15 Half Marathons, participated in many endurance and racing cycling events and swims regularly. Recently she successfully finished Ironman 70.3, Budapest, which includes 1.9 KM swim, 90 KM cycling and 21 KM running.
On the eve of foundation day Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) Navi Mumbai Chapter recognized and felicitated Institute for Technology and Management an Award of Recognition in appreciation for our services to the development of new generation management professionals, on 10th April 2017.
ITM Business School was awarded with IDF Supporter Award for supporting IDF Social projects year-after-year with rhythmic Regularity on 1st Sept 2016 during their Foundation day at ISKCON, Juhu, Mumbai.
ITM was awarded as NGO Partners by Kotak Education foundation during their 10th Year Foundation Day Celebration on 21st January 2017 at Club Emerald Sports complex, Chembur, Mumbai.

2. Street Play on Corruption during Vigilance Week by CIDCO
The nationwide Vigilance Awareness week is being observed in all PSUs, companies, establishments from 31st Oct. to 5th Nov. 2016. CIDCO invited ITM to organise street plays by the students on the topic " Public participation in promoting integrity and eradicating corruption ".
We accepted the invitation and our students are performing the Street Plays at 18 different locations in Kharghar node, decided by CIDCO, from 2nd to 4th Nov. 2016.
The plays are well received by the general public and by the CIDCO authorities. One such play was performed right in front of ITM main gate on 2nd Nov.'16.
The efforts of the students’ team need special appreciation because of the current Diwali holidays for the junior batches and the ongoing Placements processes for the senior batches, it was difficult have sufficient time to rehears the play. Despite these difficulties, the students are performing well.
