I am Neel Shah. I’m pursuing PGDM fintech at ITM Business School. I got an internship in Eclerx. I am really thankful to our college and placement cell for supporting and providing us with a chance to develop our interview skills and communication skills that helped me in getting an internship. My experience with the ITM placement cell is really great and I got to learn a lot. The placement cell helps and guides us in each step throughout the process. They motivated us and are ready to help anytime. They are reachable 24/7. They helped us in resume building to HRinterview training. Ms. Jayshree Hande was very supportive, gave students all the relevant information about the companies coming to the campus and guided us through the selection process for all of the companies. The Superset app for placement made it very easy for us students to view the job descriptions of the companies that were coming to campus and select the companies in which we were interested in giving interviews.
